Artist's Comments
This whole piece started as just a random sketch in my pad at a ballpark game. My dad is a huge Met fan and brought the whole family to a game against the Arizona Diamond-Backs and The New York Mets. The Mets were winning and it was actually more of a slow burn game. I admit, I got a little bored. So I quickly sketched this crazy drawing in my pad and watched the Mets finish off The Diamond-Backs. I'm still waiting for Hockey season. We did have a fun time though.
When I got home late I finished the drawing in ballpoint pen. Then it was tranfered to photoshop and painted in. I added more touches in the background with some sweet new brushes I made. I love these brushes and they worked so well for the background and buildings too. That rotten touch pad still kills my hands.

P.S. By the way, the Mets swept the Diamond-Backs in all four games...I think their having a bad year
